Residents at Oakmont can choose from a variety of pursuits designed to engage seniors physically, intellectually, and socially. A full social and activity calendar offers a spectrum of daily activities. In-house events and excursions are scheduled on a weekly basis, in addition to regularly scheduled daily events. Regular physical activity is important to the physical and mental health of everyone, and seniors often need encouragement and reassurance to participate.
