We provide “person-centered” Assisted Living to include those living with dementia, supported by full time, 24/7 staff. Our staff are experienced and trained to meet the needs of our residents’ personal experiences and care needs. We meet are residents “where they are” by promoting resident independence and by preserving the right to their dignity and respect, while enhancing their quality of life. We pride ourselves on caregiver retention, well above the industry standard. We seek out and thoroughly vet all potential staff to find most qualified and compassionate staff to care for our residents. Most of our staff seek us out, recommended by friends already working with us. They enjoy serving their residents, striving for resident’s happiness, comfort and peace in their new environment.
