Folsom Care is an Assisted Living Facility in Folsom founded back in 2005. Folsom Care is home to seniors and retired residents who place a high value on their independence, friendships, healthy lifestyle, and medical care. Our mission is to enrich the aging experience by providing opportunities for active, engaged, and purposeful living. This benefits not just our residents, but also their families, our staff, and the greater community. Many of our community members at Folsom Care require some degree of health and well-being monitoring. Our home provides customizable Assisted Living services for all our residents. We work with prescribed home health services to coordinate the care and maintain our resident's functionality therefore improving sense of dignity and security.
