Evonne’s Residential Care Facility involves two care homes that are both hospice licensed and certified with Veteran Affairs. Both homes are located in the beautiful city of San Jose with a 3.7 mileage distance. Both facilities are a single story with quality patio space designed to accommodate the needs of our seniors. Our facilities are licensed for non-ambulatory & ambulatory beds for both private and semi-private rooms. We are here to ensure that every resident in our care receives the special care they need living in a warm and homelike environment with around the clock care. Evonne’s Residential Care Facilities have private and semi private rooms all licensed with non ambulatory & ambulatory with hospice clearance. All rooms come with a bed, dresser and closet space. Swap out furniture for residents is allowed to provide them with a sense of home ownership with their room. All rooms are upkept daily to guarantee a pristine living space for our seniors.
