Pricing at Stellar Care is based on the current level of the prospective resident and the level of care that they would need, based on an assessment by our Assisted Living Services team, prior to moving in. Once they are a resident, Care Plan meetings with Stellar Care management take place as needed, to check in on and assess the level of care the resident is receiving and if any changes need to take place.
