Our services are designed to meet our residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A licensed nurse assesses each resident at Mountain View prior to moving into our community, as well as a 30-day reevaluation after moving in, biannually, and as needed thereafter. Care plans are developed with the entire care team and resident families or advocates if they desire. Our medication management program is handled by our HSD and licensed nurses and med-techs. Resident medications and orders are tracked through QuikMar, which is an electronic medical record program.
