Angelic Mansions began as a quest to find a suitable Assisted Living and Retirement Center for Susy Rajadas, a Registered Nurse, who suffered a severe, disabling stroke shortly after retirement. Her children, Steve Rajadas MD, Phillip Rajadas MD, Sheila Rajadas PT, and Sheiba Rajadas MBA were unable to find a satisfactory facility that offered the quality of life that they expected and felt their mother deserved. Small facilities were home like and affordable but offered very few services. Mammoth facilities offered the required services and amenities but were prohibitively expensive and certainly felt more like a cattle pen than home. In their search, they met others with similar needs and goals. Dawna Basham has owned multiple businesses and was a caregiver for her father, grandfather, grandmother and aunt. Naveen Samuel DDS was also a caregiver for his grandmother who lived in their own small Assisted Living Facility. Nicole Samuel MS., CCC-SLP is a Certified Speech Pathologist with training in Cognitive problems. Tyler Moyer B.A. owns his own advertising agency and was involved with his grandfathers' move to an unsatisfactory Assisted Living Facility and then back home again. This team was formed to create Angelic Mansions - Assisted Living, a community that would not only be affordable, but provide a luxurious home like atmosphere with countless standard amenities that rival the finest resorts. Their dream and mission is now a reality.
